BASIC CHAYFLAVOURS RULES
Thank you for visiting Chay’s HerbalHeaven website! Few important rules!
Price includes full service -set up, breakdown, decor, travel, labor and ChayFlavours team.
We will be there 2 hours before the event and 2 hours when it starts.
All Catering events require a mandatory 50% deposit of your total bill to secure your booking date. If you decide to cancel 48 hours before the event your deposit will not be refunded.
The remaining balance of your total bill for your event will be due 5 days Prior to your event date.
Payments for any catering event booked within a 3-day time frame of your event date will have to be paid in full upon booking. Mandatory!
There is a $200 minimum for any service.
ChayFlavours Experience currently offers a select variety of services.
Private Dining: This is the perfect intimate dining experience in the comfort of your home. This included in home preparation of the food, a 3-course meal (appetizer, entree, dessert) or (salad, appetizer, entree) set up & clean up. Private dining can be booked for parties of 2-20 persons.
ChayFlavours Experience currently offers a select variety of services.
Private Dining: This is the perfect intimate dining experience in the comfort of your home. This included in home preparation of the food, a 3-course meal (appetizer, entree, dessert) or (salad, appetizer, entree) set up & clean up. Private dining can be booked for parties of 2-20 persons.
Catering: Fabulous dishes for small or large gatherings. This service is perfect for parties as small as 5 people. This experience includes delivery drop off of hot n’ ready pans.
